AI Tools Workshop

Stop guessing which
AI tool to use.

In one hands-on session, you'll try the six AI tools that actually matter for business — and leave knowing exactly which ones fit your work. Small group. Real tasks. No sales pitches.

The AI tool problem is real.

There are hundreds of AI tools. Most of them overlap. Business owners waste weeks bouncing between free trials, YouTube reviews, and conflicting recommendations — then pick one and force everything through it.

Too many options

ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Copilot, Jasper, Midjourney... every week there's a new "best" tool. You don't need more options. You need clarity.

Wrong tool, wasted time

Using ChatGPT for deep strategy work. Using Claude for quick image generation. Every mismatch costs hours you don't get back.

No one to ask

Your team Googles it. Your vendor sells whatever they resell. Nobody gives you the honest, unbiased answer about what actually works.

One session. Complete clarity.

1

Learn the landscape

We cover six tools: Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, NotebookLM, MindStudio, and Claude Code. What each does best, where it falls short, and who it's actually for.

2

Try them on your work

You bring real tasks from your business. We run them through multiple tools side-by-side so you can feel the difference — not just read about it.

3

Leave with a plan

You walk out knowing which 1-2 tools to invest in, which to skip, and how to start using them tomorrow.

Common questions.

Do I need any technical experience?

No. If you can use email and a web browser, you're ready. We start from zero and build up. The point is to help you choose the right tools — not to make you a developer.

What should I bring?

A laptop and 2-3 real tasks from your business — writing, research, planning, anything you spend time on. We'll use those tasks to test each tool so you can feel the difference firsthand.

How is this different from watching YouTube comparisons?

YouTube shows you someone else's opinion. This workshop lets you try all six tools on your actual work, side by side, with an instructor who ships with them daily. You leave with clarity based on your experience — not someone else's review.

How many people are in each session?

Up to 8 people per session. Small enough that everyone gets individual help. Private sessions are also available for teams and organizations.

Do I need to pay for AI tool subscriptions?

Not in advance. Most tools we cover have free tiers that work fine for the workshop. We'll help you set up accounts during the session if you don't already have them.

Can I book this for my team?

Yes. Private workshops are available for teams, companies, and business groups. Same curriculum, your schedule, your location or remote. Book a call to discuss.

Pick the right tools.
